PENTOXIFYLLINE - ORAL (pen-tox-IF-ill-een) COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Trental USES: Pentoxifylline improves blood flow through the blood vessels.

It is used to treat isseus with blood circulation in the arms and legs (e.G., intermittent claudication).
